Matt Kelly was super friendly, made things easy to understand and helped us find our dream home quick. The seller was a real piece of work, glad Matt was patient enough to deal with him and helped us out. Matt also knows a lot about the area which has been helpful.

Matt is a Real Estate maestro! We searched high and low for a Realtor and Matt simply stood out! You cannot find an agent in the CSRA with a smoother double chin or a shinier bald spot that will hit them by 35! The man must eat real estate knowledge every morning for breakfast. Have you SEEN his waistline?! Goodness gravy! Our favorite part of the experience was during the repair negotiations. Matt said he could HEAR the other agent THINK about saying NO to the sellers adding on a whole new kitchen just for us, and he immediately threw that agent off the roof! It was a tad bit aggressive but here we are, in our brand new kitchen! The bail was a little expensive, but we were happy to get Matt out after such an incredible buying experience. 11/10 stars. Above and beyond. Will send him hundreds of referrals next year!

When selling a house, there is a lot that one can be stressed about. Matt reassured us that that the first days are the hardest days and helped us not to worry anymore. He routinely checked in with us, and worked very hard to make our experience a positive one. With his reassurance, it was clear that we will get by, and we will survive. If not for Matt, we would have been going down the road feeling bad. However, his expertise, professionalism, and constant availability were exemplary, and we knew that soon we would be on the road to success. We were on a short timeline for our sale and cross-country move. Matt worked hard, was accommodating throughout the process, and kept on trucking to ensure an efficient and timely sale. I highly recommend him.

Matt was an incredible person to work with and was thoroughly involved throughout the process of helping me find a home. Even over the holidays (a busy time for everyone) he was right there with his vetted recommendations and was setting up tours of houses for me and walking me through. During the negotiation process, he used his experience and housing knowledge and gave me excellent advice and guidance. As a realtor, his job is to match his client with the best-fitting house, and I absolutely feel that he has done that.
